Exchanges and Returns Policy

For the purpose of this document ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’ and MDFS means Buller Logistics PTY LTD ABN 11 650 091 099 trading as Mansfield Dairy & Food Service.

 

All returns must be made within 28 days of purchase.

 

Change of mind returns

Until further notice, we will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased. This includes quantity or over ordering of items.

 

Faulty item returns

MDFS will accept product returns and provide you with a store credit, refund or replacement item where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product does not match the sample or our descriptions as stated online.

 

General Return Information

Items can be returned directly to the store at 18 The Parade, Mansfield VIC 3722.

If your items were delivered and you are not able to access the store arrangements will be made for collection of the items approved for return.

When returning a product, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return, or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return.

When returning a product, with adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorisation of the return transaction. If you do not have adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide photo or other suitable identification containing your full name, signature and expiration date, so that your name and signature can be verified. The identification information you provide may be accessed by authorised MDFS staff and authorised third parties for the purpose of fraud investigations and fraud protection activities.

Information collected will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time and may be used for the purposes of research and analysis and may be disclosed to Government departments upon request, where required or authorised by law.

MDFS reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a exchange or refund. This may result in a exchange or refund being refused.

Proof of Purchase

Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:

·  The in store/register receipt

·  Online Tax Invoice emailed to you at checkout

 

Refund process

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. After you’ve returned your product/s and your return is processed, it may take a further 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This time may vary depending on your financial institution.

We will only refund the shipping fee if all products purchased by you at that time are faulty. This shipping fee is not refundable if the return is for change of mind (and the product is not faulty) or if all products purchased by you at the time you placed your order are not faulty.
