- Q1. I received login details for my online B2B/B2C account, however when I try to login I get an error message – why is this?
- Your login details are set initially by the Mansfield Dairy & Food Service administration team, however if you are having difficulties logging in, we suggest firstly changing your password by following the ‘Forgot your Password’ link in the Login Page and completing the prompts to set a new password.
- If this still does not work, feel free to contact the Dairy team directly, and we will be happy to assist resetting your password.
- Q2. When I go to access the Webstore, the store page either doesn’t load correctly, page or cart freezes, or I get a blank white page – why is this happening?
- This is likely the result of the browser that you are using – where this is happening, we suggest trying the following steps:
- Log our of your account, and log back in again (in the same browser, or different browser).
- Clear the Cache and Cookies from your browser (website information stored in your browser), close the browser window and reopen to try accessing the site again – we have included links to the steps required to complete this for Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox below:

- Try accessing the site in another browser - if you are using Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer, we suggest using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox instead.
- If this still does not work, we suggest closing your browser, restarting your computer, and trying again. This should hopefully fix any access issues.
- This is likely the result of the browser that you are using – where this is happening, we suggest trying the following steps:
- Q3. Your Website shows Stock on Hand quantities whilst I’m ordering, how do I know whether I am guaranteed to receive that stock?
- Our Stock on Hand across the website shows the Current Stock on Hand as Physical SOH less Stock on Sales Order. This means, from time to time, where another order has been placed before you the website will update Stock on Hand to show the remaining stock that hasn’t been committed to another Sales Order placed.
- There may be times when Stock may be found that is damaged/unsaleable and therefore will not be able to fulfil your order if stock levels are low – where this happens, a member of the Mansfield Dairy team will reach out to you to confirm whether you would like a replacement product included in your order, or otherwise we can have new stock ordered in for you as soon as possible.
- Q4. Can I request any stock items that you don’t usually sell in the Store?
- YES! We will happily help facilitate any specific requests for stock that we don’t usually stock in our store – we work with a wide range of suppliers for the range that we do hold, and most likely our suppliers will be able to source special requests for you as well. We ask that for any of these requests, that you reach out to the Mansfield Dairy Team via the *Contact Us* form firstly, to allow us to enquire and order in the stock for you.
